We love our goldens, but in combining them with standard poodles, we feel that only their strong points are emphasized. For instance, retrieving is strong in both breeds, so together it's even better. In the combination of the breeds, there is no shedding, from the poodle, and the puppies are more docile like the golden. Both breeds are people pleasers and love to spend time with people. The puppies will portray the affectionate attitude of both breeds and will never be far from your side. They are trainable, intelligent, obedient, and great with children. These goldendoodles are pocket dogs, just like both the breeds they come from. If you ever can't find them, turn around, they're probably in your back pocket.

Hooie

This is our standard poodle, "Hooie". He's an apricot color, and he is the father of all the goldendoodles that we are breeding. He is very well bred and AKC registered from good lines. "Hooie" is very sharp. He is a very intelligent dog, and sometimes we forget that he is just a dog. Being a breeder of golden retrievers, we have truly enjoy his temperament and how well it relates to the goldens. "Hooie" has become not only a stud to us, but a family pet as well.
